It doesn’t matter where you’re based. One of my clients has an office round the corner. Another lives in New Zealand and we’ve never met. In-person natters and virtual brews both work for me.

What doesn’t work for me? If you want something for free, in two days’ time, or if you’re going to get your mum’s cousin’s brother’s dog involved in the feedback process ’cos they did English GCSE.
